Kathy Prue
Kathy Prue is an NC native, raised in a military family in Jacksonville and has called the Raleigh area home since 2011. During college at UNC Wilmington, she realized her passion was helping people with their homes. It started out as enjoying working in the apartment industry, which she did for 14 years. During that time, Kathy managed large multi-family communities, coordinated renovations projects, and assisted in transitioning the properties during investment purchases.
In 2019, Kathy decided to continue her love of helping people find their homes by getting her real estate license. Since then, she has furthered her knowledge and negotiating strategies assisting clients with selling and purchasing their homes and investment properties. Whether it is someone's first or tenth home, she enjoys guiding them through to make it a seamless process.
When she isn't working in real estate, Kathy enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, their labrador retriever, and getting a hike in as often as she can.
